The model was entirely modeled in maya, for the texturing I used photoshop to draw the textures, I used maya to create the normal map, and used the amazing crazy bump to create the other maps like the Spec and the Occlusion.
Please note that this is a screen-shot from the actual game, the engine is a custom XNA engine.
